The XREAL 1S lets you turn any space into a multimedia center thanks to its ability to display a virtual screen up to 500 inches in diagonal. Such a large workspace and entertainment area makes the image more immersive and details easier to spot, which directly translates to a more comfortable viewing and gaming experience. In practice, this means that regardless of where you are—at home, on the go, or at work—you have access to a large, clear image without needing a physical monitor or TV.

An image optimized for smoothness and color

The 1200P HD resolution, combined with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, ensures the image remains clear and smooth even during dynamic scenes, which is important for both gaming and watching movies. Brightness of up to 700 nits improves visibility in various lighting conditions, while the wide color gamut of 108% sRGB and color accuracy of ΔE < 3 result in a more natural and consistent image. The 52° field of view has been selected to strike a balance between scale and sharpness, ensuring the screen remains easy to read.

X1 Spatial Chip – fast response and stable image

The device is powered by the proprietary XREAL X1 Spatial Chip, designed specifically for AR applications, which handles image processing and real-time motion tracking. Low motion-to-photon latency of 3 ms ensures that the image responds almost instantly, reducing lag and enhancing the natural viewing experience. Combined with image stabilization, this translates to greater comfort, as the screen remains stable even when moving your head, eliminating screen flicker and reducing eye strain.

Display modes tailored to various scenarios

The XREAL 1S offers several operating modes that allow you to adjust the display to your current needs. Anchor mode lets you anchor the screen in a single spot in space, which works well when working or viewing from a fixed position, while Follow mode makes the screen track your gaze, increasing comfort when moving around. These are complemented by Ultrawide, Side-view, and 3D modes, which expand the glasses’ capabilities for both entertainment and everyday use.

Real 3D – image depth without additional configuration

The glasses enable real-time conversion of content to 3D format, allowing for a more spatial effect without the need for additional apps or settings. As a result, movies, games, and other content gain depth and realism, and the viewing experience becomes more immersive and engaging, especially with larger screen sizes.

The 3-level electrochromic dimming allows you to adjust the visibility of your surroundings and focus on the displayed image depending on the conditions. Theatre mode provides maximum isolation and greater immersion, Shade offers moderate dimming, and Clear allows you to maintain clarity and stay connected to your surroundings. This solution increases the device’s versatility and makes it easier to use in various situations.

User comfort and sound quality

The XREAL 1S is TÜV Rheinland certified, confirming low blue light emissions and the absence of flicker, which is important during prolonged use of the device. A stable image and optimal display parameters reduce eye strain, and compatibility with a wide range of IPD settings allows most users to wear the glasses comfortably. Rounding out the package is an audio system developed in collaboration with Bose, which delivers spatial, balanced sound and complements the device’s visual design.

Universal compatibility and native 3DoF technology

XREAL glasses offer virtually unlimited compatibility. Thanks to a direct connection via USB-C or DisplayPort, you can instantly use them with iPhone 15/16/17 series devices, Android smartphones, and tablets. Gamers will appreciate support for handheld consoles like the Nintendo Switch, as well as the ability to connect PlayStation and Xbox using an optional HDMI adapter. The XREAL 1S also supports macOS, delivering a stable 3DoF image. The headset’s functionality is expanded by dedicated accessories, including a hub that allows for simultaneous charging and entertainment, and the Beam Pro module for spatial processing.
